Goal-by date: April 1, 2018

Food diary: Chicken dishes, pork dishes, beef dishes, salted fish fried rice, regular rice, various pastries, chocolate-covered almonds, chips, and Pocky. Consumed between 8:05-10:30pm.

Duration of fast since last meal prior: ~24.5 hours

Zeroth-World Problems
I had intended to fast for the whole day today, but apparently one of my nephews is turning 2 this week so we celebrated it. We're still having a party on his actual birthday, but we had one tonight as well; no particular reason for it other than we could, so we did. There has never been so many parties, celebrations, holidays, outings, and hang-outs in my life then since I started trying to lose weight. Tomorrow is Valentine's Day so that's going to be a bust as well; I suppose I'll do my whole-day fast on Friday.
