Homemade Green Tea Frappuccino - What's Your Morning Boost?

Working from home has its benefits.

Delicious homemade smoothies are one of them. I like to start my day with either a milk-based Green Tea (Matcha) shake or a non-dairy fruit smoothie.

While most people like the jolt of coffee, I prefer the smooth extended boost with no crash that green tea provides to keep me cranking all day!

The key ingredient to all my blended frozen drinks is frozen bananas! It provides smoothness, sweetness, energy and a delicious subtle flavor!

Recipe (Serves 2)

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp green tea matcha powder

    Shown here is a serving for 1. The misses walked in right as I was making it so I bumped it x2!


I bought this delicious green tea on Amazon for about 20 bucks.
