The bush in the foreground creates depth, while the lines of the water and shore combined with the clear vantage point in the back draw in the viewer. The bridge also creates an element of symmetry drawing in your focus.

Beaautiful photo. It made me think a little about how to take my own photos.
I like how it looks like a front line to the war between nature and technology,
some trees on one side and some houses on another, sun on one side and artificial light on another. it's simply amazing.
