"that your brain will believe exactly what you tell it!" Well said! And that's 100% true. Your brain is just an organ that you can control. The only problem in our society is that due to technology, social media and the way the society itself is made, we never had a chance to try control the brain, learn that process for example by meditation, and have access to that power to learn to heal your body or control your emotions for example. Instead people prefere to focus on the oustide and not this inside, which is their own body and learn more about it.
