Stationary bike is very convenient for workout. Actually, it's my lazy workout. πŸ˜… Hmm did you stretch or did warm up before cycling? Also, posture is important hehe. I'm no coach but these steps prior cycling can prevent accidents based on my exp.

I am actually very sure when the crack happened, this leg, this butt is resting on the seat flat and then with this legI pedaled. I think that's the point where it cracked.
