The best analogy to Trump and his 30 some percent taking over the White House is The Beverly Hillbilly's.
Ever since the founding of America by European immigrants that could become extremely wealthy just by claiming the stuff that squirted freely from the land or could be easily obtained by digging up mountains and cutting down thriving forests; America has created a wealth class of poorly educated exploiters.
Mind you, these people left Europe because there was no such easily exploited avenue to wealth left in Europe. Who needs education when you could just take the fruits of the land. They were the peasants of Europe. Donald Trumps grandfather was a barber in Germany.
America has become a country of exploiters and it's all coming home to roost now! America has become what the British Empire has ceased to be; Empire.
Donald Trump's presidency has brought America his latest reality TV show, The American Hillbilly's and it's very sad to watch. Unfortunately this a necessary step if America is to move beyond it's period of exploitation.
