Yay! Team Vegan unite <3 =D I love that idea! I think that if people can see the options available, it's huge for them. As a nutritionist the biggest hurdle is that people think they are going to suffer. I eat way better than I ever did before and by showing them that, it changes the dynamics and preconceived ideas ;)
