As unemployment is overgrowing in this world day by day, so it is better for all of us to arrange a team and make a plan of their own that promises them the worth in life and work that must be done, but how can you start your program?
Some steps are given here that are helpful:
1- You must look at your project as a deposit:
You must look at your project wholeheartedly and assess it realistically if you want to be successful in your business.
First, you must simplify the objectives and logics.
Why did you select this work? What do you want to attain? Secondly, you should see if this project or target is according to your personality so that you can accomplish it. Your resources, sources, and relationships must recognize your skills that can support you.
2- Compare your idea and market:
Normally there is passion and love of the concept of
the source of death in the market because it is not proper so you must stop your desire for some time to become a puppet to accomplish your project in the market. So that you can do fair and honest marketing of employers and customers to offer their opinion on your idea. Explain to yourself the conclusion of the plan and convert it according to the customers thinking.
3- Dedication to Realism:
Sometimes the desire for the idea takes us to overconfidence and over-optimism, that's why your passion must turn into calculations, numbers, and planning. You should make a business plan and do an actual practical study.
4- Application with stretchability and concentration:
No business plan can forecast what's going on at the time of execution or fully anticipate all the issues that you can meet and always need an adventure to stretchability and high speed of making a decision. You must also promote a plan that translates ideas into real actions and results and you should always make better your product or service.
5- Accept opposite views:
You should not be over excited about your plan to be an autocrat.You should accept the right and use it to grow your project and make it a point to attain some new skills.
6- Staying power and will building:
Much new business persons end their project as a result of a shortage of funds or time to accomplish the plan . so you should try to build your spirit and team spirit during the issues and be able to expand the resources of your project. Precisely identify and boost your stamina to learn from faults.
My purpose is to draw your attention to this fact that there are many successful business persons who have learned from their experience. They know how to control passion and realism and prepare well for success by developing their team.
So you should take these some necessary steps before you start any thought.
* Qualify yourself.
* Introduce your idea to the market.
* Awareness during the adventure in financial transactions.
* Keep stretchability and learn from mistakes and learn new things as well.
* Have courage and don't fear from facing the problems.

Those are some great points you enumerated; entrepreneurship is not an easy journey. It takes time, effort and dedication to start and maintain an ongoing business that will last. My projects always start with an idea, then I plan step by step what needs to be done to accomplish each of them. Every failure I take as a learning experience then I try again. Hopefully soon I will come up with a winner :)

it is true that you mention, I strongly agree from some points that you utarakan in session. and I do not think that without a capital and a struggle it is not possible that it works as it should, to start something and can produce we need an essential struggle, including spending a little capital / deposit.

Problem comes when we dont accept opposite views. It is very harmful in any conduct of life. Particularly in project, actually you are missing another idea which may help you take different approach.
In asian society, due less tolerance level in accepting opposite views, business is not booming.
No doubt problems come when you go it alone with no business experience. But if you do decide to start your own business, it's a great idea to learn from other's mistakes and set yourself up for success.

I tried doing business in some areas but couldnt get desired results. Only knowledge is not sufficient for it. Others mistakes have greater role to make it understand easily.
