Hello Guys today I am starting new Blog series on How to make a website when we talk about a website we mostly think about www.example.com or www.xyz.com
when we start Blogging & making our first blog one of the first decisions you will need to make is if you want to use a domain, subdomain, or a free option, such as blogger.com or wordpress.com
Let’s take a closer look on each parameter one by one.

For humans, it is suitable to remember the name (domain name) of a website than remembering this multiple-digit IP address such as 123.23.234.45. In addition, your website also gets your desired brand name called Domain Name.

𝟐. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝-𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐝𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬
Below the top-level domains in the domain name hierarchy are the second-level domain (SLD) names. These are the names directly to the left of .com, .net, and the other top-level domains. As an example, in the domain example.co.uk, co is the second-level domain.
we can register Domain Name on different Domain Registrar like NameCheap, GoDaddy, BigRock & More.
we need pay to acquire Top & Secondary level Domain.

A subdomain is a domain that is part of a larger domain. for example, west.example.com and east.example.com are subdomains of the example.com

All of this website provide Free Subdomains & Hosting for free to use so we can start using that for totally free ( They have Some premium features for paid subscriptions )
Most Famous is Blogger.com that is a cool product of Google which provides earnings options by advertising on a blog using Google Adsense, ( earncozy.blogspot.in )But we need to Work hard for that, we need to write Blogs & article on different topics that you selected for a blog.
second Most Popular Option is WordPress.com that provides same options like Blogger with much more complex options & more features, Good looks to your Blog.

What is self-hosted Professional Blog?
As Subdomains are part of Domains & Free Subdomain are not that much Good for Professional use due to lack of authority of using, Monetization options ( Ads & affiliate ) & fro Global Explorer. If you’re serious about blogging & want to make brand of it & your ready to spend so cash on installation & maintenance of your Blog then its Good option to go with top-level Domain or self-hosted Blogs

So it’s clear that starting blog with Subdomain is Good, but when it’s come to your Branding self-hosted blogs are best in market,
Even I was started with free subdomain when I was new to Blogging, first I use to google Blogger.com then I shift to wordpress.com but I quickly realize that Branding is more important than money so I started this self-hosted professional Blog.

Interesting, thanks for the comparison. I want to create my own online store and choose a unique domain for this. Found a site ,they provide the opportunity to choose and register unique domains, which helps to stand out from the competition and emphasize your online identity, in my opinion, this is what is needed for business
