Hey, nice post! Great ideas. I've written before about my creative muse(s) - there are a few of them.

Strangely, all I really need to do is put on my favourite music from childhood (especially an album called 1981 Rocks On! - hahahaha don't judge me!) and I'm in the zone. I have other tricks too - but that one always works and has the added bonus of being slightly (totally) embarrassing.
