Alot of people find recovery with ingesting more protein especially with bone protein/collagen/gelatin (glycine). People don't get enough tyrosine, tryptophan, lysine, histidine and they can't form niacin because of poor ability to exercise and overconsumption of food. Nor do they get enough potassium from bananas, coconut water, parsley, and potato skins. I'd gladly give you more specific recommendations, though I will be destitute soon and unable to continue my online flailings
