Sometimes our body might be reacting to us in a way we might not understand. As such, there are numerous physical health conditions that might lead to depression and sadness. A perfect example is Vitamin D deficiency.

In a recent study carried out by anatomies, an estimated number of 42% of Americans are victims of this syndrome. The number increases when it's among African-Americans and Hispanics.

A perfect cure to this issue is quite simple and requires less effort. All that is needed is more sunlight, and rich nutrients via diet or supplementation.

Changes in hormones can affect your mood. The changes may be due to thyroid function, menstrual cycle, and level of physical activity.

And lastly, lack of sleep has the power to affect your mood, focus, and ability negatively. This offensive feeling makes you feel irritable.
