1. thats a very complicated Question. Generally we should ask our selves there, how Language got evolved. How "Words" got created. Some deep stuff and i got actually no idea. And Actually there are a billion theories about it.

I think it may could happen like that: People in the Stoneage screamed and yelled with sounds like "uuuhrg" "Arrgh" etc...
This is very close to animal sounds and we call it "analogous" or "analogical" Language (not sure whats the correct translation)
And I personally guess it was some kind of organic evolvement
of Language which leads us to call an Orange "Orange" or an Chair "Chair"

2. Complicated. If i would be an omnipotent "perfect" god, would i still be myself?

I mean as an god, i would make perfect decissions. As a human not.
So if i be a god one day, me wouldnt be me. So... I guess i cant say what i would do cuz i dont know.

( Hope this point wasnt 2 confusing :D )

1. Time Travel, with the ability to reset and swich between Physic and "mental" Travel.

You could physically travel in the future and get medicaments that let you live forever. And "mentally" travel to the future and get the right numbers for the lottery :D

7.The Home definitely. I mean for this amount of money you can buy several flats from a skyscraper which gives you a enormous amount of monthly income.

1. Actually i cant remember much. But the experiences you made in your early childhood, make you to the person who you are. ( In a huge part)
   So only the ability to remember several parts more wouldnt have a drastic impact.

2. Ok this question you could answer with 100000 pages.

But i try to make it short:

Actually its both, cuz in someway The Person who you are has an impact on your choices cuz you got some kind of "embossing" from your past.

Otherwise the choices you make will definitely have an impact on your future, so its... both :D
