I noticed in your post that you mentioned Training day being boring for the legs.
Since I don't know you well enough to understand the type of program you are in would be interesting to know how often you work out?
I'm new here in Steemit and trying to comment on the most interesting and educational posts that I can read about.
I have a lot to learn and hoping to find enough information to be known here.
