RE: Depression? My story....

in #blog7 years ago (edited)

I said I would not reply – I lied. It is now evening been working and on S-it since the early am, well you know that. So I made some coffee and slowly re-read once again - every word and inflection.

The loss of your soul mate and the moto-accident and all followed thereafter. Not going to swap stories, had the one accident in my 50s – but did not go thru the hell you did. But you did.

Mum and Dad
You were a good son no matter what else. He said F-off. It’s what I would have said and we both know why. BUT – deeply wounds. Not a plonker or wanker. And most family are a bunch of tools – darn right. The prefect family circle – stuff of fiction, cinema and made for demo-scripts.

Sympathy and grief are indeed wasteful destructive energy. But we are so variable all of us, depending on so many complex factors far be it for me to tell you. You understand, that which does not kill me and all of that bit. Few can run steady-state, no matter what bullshit we are told or the historical record of all the great ones through recorded time. You know all this – you are British and well educated. It shows. And you know military and I wager a whole lot more.

Everyone has their story….indeed. Fuck them—absolutely!

One of the most important attainments (besides the few others) in life is a SATISFIED mind, from sunrise to sunset almost steady-state. And the ability for JOY LOVE..

And laugh!

Cheers mate.
