So now you've got your harvest and don't want to wait for a couple more weeks until they're dry.... What could you do untill then? Just make edibles! yes, a edible of your own harvest. It's easy and it's very tasty not to forget it'll get you literally baked. When you've made the cannabis-butter you'll able to make every existing recipe wich uses butter, simply replace the ingredient butter with cannabis-butter.

Of course you can use good buds to make cannabis-butter. Personally, I prefer to smoke it in a joint but... not everyone wants to smoke. In that case you keep a ratio of 1 gram of weed per 10 gram of butter. Grind your weed with a grinder.
NOTE: do not use margarine! Real cream butter, of a cow.
I prefer to use the cut waste and the smallest buds that you have after harvesting. Some local growers will be very glad if they can get rid of it. The largest leaves can be removed, because there is no or hardly any THC. For a bit of decent cannabis-butter, you should maintain at least a ratio of 25% and a maximum of 50% cutting waste with respect to the desired amount of butter. You can even wash the leaves under the tap first to wash them clean, the THC will not disappear, but you'll remove other things that you do not want to eat. This isn't a problem with indoor grows.

It doesn't look to pretty, but it works very well. Preparing cannabis-butter is simple, everyone can do it. Take a big kettle and put it on a low heat, slowly is the motto. If you use too hot a fire you'll lose a part of the power of our favorite plant, because the biochemical composition is changed. Melt the butter and add cutting waste (or finely ground weed). Then fill the kettle with water until it is about three-quarters full. For goodness, do not forget to stir regularly. Let the trade simmer for an hour to two hours, with the lid on the pan.

After some time you will see that the water gets a green-yellow color and you see the THC particles in the mixture. When the mixture is ready, let the substance cool down first. Hot is hot, even when it comes to weed. Then grab towel or a old shirt and pour the mixture through it into a clean tray. You do not want any plant remains in your butter. Then put it in the refrigerator and you will see that the cannabis will float up automatically above the water as a result of the cooling. This is what we want, so scoop out that layer and put this hard cannabis-butter into another pan. You can repeat this process several times, until all cutting waste / butter / water is gone.
