If you have read "The laws of success by Napoleon Hill",then you should be very familiar with the Principle of the Mastermind which is the main theme of the book.

For those of you unfamiliar with the words "The Mastermind".The Principle of the Mastermind according to Napoleon Hill :

...consists of an alliance of two or more minds working in perfect harmony for the attainment of a common definite objective.Success does not come without the corporation of others.

One other term that needs definition is "Incorporated".Incorporated as it pertains to this blogpost can be defined as:

Adding something or working something into a structure or whatever was formally in place.

 

 

You will by the end of the post,i hope come to realize why it's important to incorporate the principles of the mastermind into your life to achieve maximum success.

The principle of the mastermind has been in play since the days when the early men realized there was strength in numbers,so they formed parties to hunt larger animals and protect themselves effectively against predators also from other hostile forces.

Even in the animal kingdoms.You will see animals form groups to improve their odds at survival for example -The pride of lions,pack of wolves,ants and many more.

Businesses,companies,governments and sport clubs all knows the principle of the mastermind that's why they spend significant amount of money recruiting top professionals each an expert in their respective field all working together to achieve the best results .

Let's use the Nigerian born British boxer who is the current unified Heavyweight Boxing Champion of the world Anthony Joshua as a prime example of the Principle of the Mastermind at work.He has assembled an effective team around himself comprising of twenty three individuals all playing different and invaluable role within his boxing camp.

Great though he may be in boxing.He needs the experienced services of loyal and dedicated team players to compliment his skills and talents without which he would not have made it to where he is today.

Each member of the team is invested in the dream.A dream that would be beneficial to everyone,only if everyone does what they are supposed to do,to the best of their abilities.

You can also apply this Principle of the Mastermind into your own life by assembling a think-tank group of reliable,professional and devoted individuals and taking advantage of the knowledge and skills they possess to fast-track your rise to the top.

Even right here on steemit.The quickest way to advance to the top is to join a community and make yourself useful and in return you will benefit from the resources of the community or in other words tap into the collective Steempower of the community to grow your account.

To sum up the post.Learn to incorporate the principle of the mastermind into your life by surrounding yourself with people who can help you grow with their skills and expertise.Remember team work makes the dream work.
