[Series game 39]
For nearly twenty years, Fiddlesticks stood alone in the far east of the War Institute. Only his sparkling glitter through the night covered his home. It is here that the Messenger of Hell preserves a silent rite. A story of power over limit, known by everyone in the Alliance. Many centuries ago, there existed a powerful ancient mage from Zaun - Istvaan. At the end of the Fifth World War, he became one of the Alliance's first heroes. Due to the insanity of ancient legends, the Istvaan stepped beyond the limits of the Alliance. In his last battle, he really overcame his strength. Detaining herself in the most distant room in the east, he begins to perform the supreme courtesy rite - the external summoning.

No one knows what's going on inside that room. None of the generals represented Zaun that day in the Summoner's Rift. Only silence responds to the knock. The first practitioner to enter was immediately cut off by a mysterious scythe. The followers and survivors have become mad because of fear, babble about death and crows. Frightened by the demonic Istvaan's unmanageable, the Alliance seals all the way out of the room, hoping they can hold on to something they can not destroy. Many years passed, the wooden figure was not moving except to kill the fool who dared to enter. Can not find a way to recapture the room, the Alliance decided to use Fiddlesticks in a different way: execution. Although he has life and seems to obey the rules of summoning in the Public War, no one knows what keeps him waiting inside that room. The face is not straightforward, and the scythe is ready to knock anyone down.
