Every one of us is able to create new habits which can improve our health, our productivity or even take us to a new level of creativity.
If we are capable why people who are actually doing it and become successful are so scarce?
Here is the problem:
When we are actually engaged in forming a new habit for example posting awesome posts daily here on Steemit we have a mental story going on in our minds.
You have a clear vision on where you want to go with this activity. For example if would be great to quit your job and just doing steemit every day, having a fan base you enjoy having conversations with.
But there is one problem.
If you miss one day there is an other story unfolding in your head.
You start saying: Oh I am not that consistent. I can't be successful like this.
The Key
You have to notice the story you create in your head. It is imaginary, it is not real but affects your vision, daily activities and ultimately your overall success.
No one can become successful if negativity takes over.
I don't say to neglect negative thoughts or events. Don1t be superficial or a positive thinking junkie. Be real but tend to lean to the positive side.
The Hack
Start creating your own positive stories:
Posting every day feels so good!
I missed a day but on a long term it doesn't really matter.
Creating good content helps not only me but for others I write to.
I love reading thankful comments on my posts.
Etc.
.
Do you see how powerful this simple hack is?

What is the habit YOU plan to pick up?
