Ginisang Togue- Lutong Bahay recipe!πŸ‡΅πŸ‡­

Good evening my fellow steemians,

Welcome back to my Lutong Bahay recipe. Narito na naman po ako upang maghandog na naman ng bagong lutuin at ito po ay tatawagin nating Ginisang Togue. Karamihan sa atin ay may iba't ibang klase pamamaraan ng pagluluto. Ako po ay simple lamang ang aking pamamaraan ng pagluluto at favorite ko po lutuing ulam ay yung madadaling lutuin at hindi mahirap hanapin ang mga kailangan mga sangkap. At kayang kaya ng budjet.

Ang Togue ay simpleng ulam at madaling lutuin at isa sa paboritong lutuing ulam ng mga pilipino. Meron iba't ibang paraan ng pagluto neto pwede po ito gawing lumpia na meron mga halong ibang klasing gulay, pwede rin ihalo sa tokwa with baboy or pork meat at iba pang klasing pwedeng gawin sa pagluluto ng Togue.

Narito po ang ilang mga sangkap na kakailanganin natin sa Ginisang togue!

Healthy and Delicious Ginisang TogueπŸ˜‹

Cooking Time: 15 to 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo Togue
1/8 kilo pork giniling
3 Pcs Tomato (sliced)
1 pc red Onion (sliced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup Water
1 pc knorr pork cubes
Fish sauce and pepper to taste
Spring onions (cut into small)

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Saute the garlic, onion, tomato and ground pork meat or giniling.

  2. Then add salt mix it and cover. Cook until the meat is done. Maybe mga 10 minutes lang.

  3. Add the Togue and mix it. Cook for a while.

  4. Then add the water, pepper and knorr pork cubes. Mix it then cover. Cook for 5 minutes don't over cook. Masarap ang ginisang togue kapag half cook lang ang pagkakaluto.

  5. Then taste it, add fish sauce and sprinkle with spring onions.

  6. Serve with hot rice. Happy eating!

Sa katunayan ho mam, itong togue, nakakaganda at nakakapayat po ito, kasi puno ng anti oxidant po ito at nakaka burn ng calories at nagpapabilis ng metabolism. Tried and tested ko rin po ito mam.
