Sakaki's red wet dream

The "Azumanga Daiou" anime is one of my favorite ones because of it's amazing comedy and maybe because it's one of my firsts or maybe because it's moe, they got me...
Every now and then I play it on the side while working and enjoy the hilarious moments that I memorized by now.
Whenever I get to the episode eight, I ask myself, am I the only one who thinks Sakaki's dream is pointing to her period? is she having hers just now?

I'm not actively searching for the signs in every video I watch but at the second part of her dream the hints are everywhere:

Red things included

Splash!

Tomatoes..

A close look at the tomatoes and eggs in it...

The whole conversation about the tomatoes just goes on...

Going back and forth between tomatoes and the spilled tea.

And leave it to "Osaka" to bring a bazaar dream to an even more bazaar end with an eggplant and hawk? in hands.
should I even mention the volcano?

I'm sure the creators of this anime did something sneaky here, now my question is: am I alone? or there's more believers like me out there.
