Thanks for the insightful reply! Definitly lack of policies is one of the main reason among others. The issue of mass shooting coming up almost every year, which is uncommon in other places. I think people should feel safe, while going to concert, clubs, and parades. If you will always have the feeling that a shooting might occur, how a person will feel free in the US?.The scenario might become similar to the countries are affected by terrorists and others things. The issue can be solved if each of us to work together to resolve the whatever the issue is, to keep America safe and prosperous.

How is violence uncommon in this world?
In China where there are no guns people use knives and other tools and weapons to commit Mass violence and atrocities.
In fact actually this violence is more commonplace in the world.
And statistically if we look at it these mass shootings actually are so uncommonly rare.
That and the fact that so many people in the United States carry guns and have forms of protection.
In fact in Virginia a couple of months ago some lady witnessed a man walking up towards a crowd with an AR-15 and she shot him preventing the entire massacre.
Here in my local area we had a local mall that had a gunman try a massive shooting at. One father with his wife and children just threatened the shooter with the presentation of his firearm that was legally carried and the criminal gunman immediately committed suicide.
Even active shooter training says that you need to stop the killing by immediately confronting the suspect.
Sounds like you are completely ignorant of facts. There is no policy or law that will stop this however the community shooting back and making sure that immediate retaliation for this behavior is served up to these murderous thugs.
And if you really wanted to end the majority of gun violence you would legalize drugs because the far majority of this violence is from the drug trade.
That is if you actually studied this issue instead of just talking about it....
