Education unquestionably, is the most important acquisition every individual most posses. It is an undeniable fact, as it is obvious that education own about 96% of our new world. The need for education is now far beyond being neccesary, even here in our beautiful world of steemit. It is a plian fact to understand that steemit works on the principle of Education. Every activity on steemit is being guided by education, if you understand what I mean. Don't get it twisted, there is dichotomy between education and literacy. Literacy can be compressed to a simplified form meaning ability to read and write. I understand the fact that no fewer than 89% of steemians could read and write. But, education meant more than that. Don't get me wrong literacy is far more important also, but without necessary education, there is limitations to its importance. I once defined education to some set of high school as "The acquisition of knowledge and literacy to improve the growth of ones life, family, community and even ones country"

Looking carefully into the communities, technology has taken over the work of the non-educated which is almost rendering the non-educated unimportant in the community, as they make work more easier and faster. Not forgetting technology is a product of education. Should we talk about farm machineries and farmers, or phone text messages and post office or most obviously, electronic transaction and hand-to-hand transaction. I could remember telling the same students "Education invented technology to make work easier and faster and create hardships for the non-educated". This is a bitter truth but it has to be said. If the non-educated don't move with the world and become educated, in few years time surviving will be unbearable, the anticipation is clear.

What About Building A School On Steemit?

Steemit is unquestionably a magical online platform with over 700k users. Steemit has tremendously help to alleviate many of its users financial life, all thanks to @ned, its creator. There have been a non relinquishing testimonies here and there.

These are the marvelous appreciation we have been hearing in every hook and cranny of steemit. What if we could expand the appreciation a bit. What if we could have appreciation such as;

Many a numbers of people is on steemit with aim to making money, but their lack of education makes it very difficult. Not only on steemit but also in actual life this educational challenges still haunts them. They could but only do petty businesses that could hardly pay their bills. If there are large percentage of them on steemit, what about we using this medium to educate them and give them what will last them for eternity. The concept of
building a school on steemit does not only assist the uneducated, but even the undergraduate and the educated can also gain from this immensely.

I am building a school on steemit, to help educate people the more. This school is going to be in the form of a new account, in which all schooling activities will be carried on. Can this be possible?. Yes, it can. Only that a lot of intelligent users would be needed to help build this school as only I cannot. This is going to be a large school as it is going to involve a lot of users from different countries and continent.

This schooling system is going to be of great importance to the secondary and high school students, colleges and universities aspirants, undergraduates and even if possible the graduates, as the pillar of education is Never stop learning.

This school is going to be of great importance here on steemit, as I have come to see its need in some of her users life. There are a lot of users out there who find it hard to read and write. Reading and writing is a basic, important and least educational acquisition. You can observe that from users whom even goes to a stage of copying other users comment or even post. I use to think maybe they could not read and write? or maybe they could, but have no knowledge of what to publish. All these are making them becoming a scum to other users who at times couldn't avoid but have to flag them and as a result they begin to face challenges of low reputation. Steemit Education college, @s-e-c is an online schooling under steemit.com platform. It is a schooling system that harbours every schooling activities such as, quality lectures classes, practical and experimental classes, test and examinations and many more. This school is going to feature a lot subject and courses. But for now there are going to be six(6) subjects to be featured due to the fact that more hand will be needed for the school to be expanded. We have to make sure quality tutors of other subject/courses have to be gotten and this might take a little time. Those six(6) subjects to be featured for now includes;
👉English Language
👉Mathematics
👉Biology
👉Physics
👉Chemistry
👉Moral education

As time goes by, other departmental subjects will be included. The school is going to try to feature as much subjects as possible. This is going to even include both commercial and art departmental subjects. The tutors for each other subjects are also going to be from steemit. Any of their post which is meant for the school are going to be resteemed on the school blog. But the post are going to be made under the context of the school. The school is still going to be managed on those six subjects until the school would be able to bring competent tutors for other subjects in. We have seen a lot of good content creators on steemit, and we believe they could be one to help educate other steemians. At the right time we will plead for their help to educate the community.

System In Running The School

Most of the school activities will be run on the school blog and the school discord channel. The school blog will serve as a platform for lectures and classes. The lecture will be posted on the blog and other steemians could discuss or ask questions about the lecture in the comment sections. The school discord channel will also play a significant role on the school. In due time the school discord channel will be introduced to all steemians. The school discord channel is going to be a room where everyone can rub mind discussing school activities or general activities. Maybe there is anyone having a bothering question or probably schooling assignment, this channel we be a good platform for tabling such problem so that other steemians could help out or if important the school could help out. Just limiting to that, other important activities will also take place on the school discord channel which are going to be tabled later on.

Most importantly, there is going to be a library where newly joined could be able to get access to past lectures/post. This library is going to be inform of another post, where the link of previous lectures/posts will be stored. This will help the newly joined meet up with the others and help them brush up their background on their respective subjects.

Scheme of working will also be provided so that every students/interested will know what subject, topic or courses they having ahead of time. Time for test and examinations will also be made known ahead of time. Neccesary notes and hand out will be typed or if necessary, a PDF will be provided for it. Video lectures and classes will also be made available when necessary, most especially some subjects like mathematics. A lot of things will be put into for us to give quality lecture and they are going to be made known in due time.
