I feel you, I really do.
If you are interested in yoga you can try doing the Sun Salutation in the morning. This will give you more energy to go through the day.
I used to have anxiety attacks on the bus while going to work, before entering the office, etc... but now I can say that I have them on rare occasions (1-2 times a month).
