👉 In meditation, you will find that the mind reaches the deepest depth of its own, but at the same time there is something that comes out from within you. There is no deep impression in mind and many thoughts come out from the past and the depths of the mind are lost. If you repeatedly repeat this process over time, you will find that your entire nature has changed.

👉 You reach the state of meditation at that time when the thoughts that arise in your mind end. Thoughts are produced in many ways in mind and take you for excursion. Can you identify which of these ideas surround you: desires, ambitions, hopes, doubts, unpleasant memories, craving, anxiety or trouble?

👉 Even if you want the things you want and even if you do not have it, you are distressed! For example, if you have money, then it also causes trouble. You are worried and worried about investing or not investing this money.

👉 If you invest in it then you are worried that it is growing or decreasing. Otherwise you are worried about the ups and downs of the stock market.
👉 If you do not have money, then you are worried.

👉The complete freedom in which things do not disturb you from being or not, it is called liberation.

👉Think of such a past time when you were worried. Five years ago one day you were surrounded by worries, imagine it. Such as

'Will I get a job?'
'Will I be okay?'
'Do I have to be humiliated not to do the work in class?'
👉It must have been a great deal for that time, but today you do not even remember your old concern. Every time you worry, you find it fresh and new. When you remember those worries that are outdated today and now there is no cause for worry, then consider also that your today's concern is also really old and stale. The reason of being surrounded by anxiety is the same - your illusion that you will live forever.

👉Desire means that you do not feel well at the present time. Wishes give birth to stress. Every desire becomes the cause of craving. It is not possible to meditate in this situation. You sit down and close your eyes, but the desires and thoughts continue to arise. You keep fooling yourself that you are meditating, but in reality you are dreaming in the day!

👉As long as the desires continue in your mind, you will not get complete rest.

👉"You will not get Yoga (union with yourself) until you give up your desires or longings." - Bhagwat Geeta

👉Every wish or ambition is like a sand particle in the eyes. By having the particle inside the eye, neither you can keep the eyes open or close it, it is inconvenient in both situations.

👉Quietness is like removing the dust particles from the eyes so that you can open or close your eyes independently. Another way to get rid of this problem is by expanding your desire and making it bigger. Only a small sand particle can cause problems in your eyes, but a big stone or rock can never go in your eyes.

👉You have no control over your desires. Even you should say to yourself, "Desire is the cause of grief, I should not have any desire. When I am free from desires?" Then it is also a desire. Therefore, when desires come, recognize them and let them go. | This process is called 'Sanyas'.

👉When any desire arises in you and you become concentrated by devoting it, then you will become uncertain and nothing can remove you from the center.

👉Unless you keep a plan in your mind, your mind will not be stable.

👉Have you ever thought that when you go to sleep in bed with uneasiness, anxiety and desire, do not you have a deep sleep? Highly ambitious people do not have a deep sleep because their mind is not free from within. When you go to bed then for some time the plans and ambitions do not seem to be like, but in fact they are there.

👉You will be able to rest after taking sleep and then you will abandon all thoughts and plans before sleeping. Similarly, when you sit for meditation, then leave everything.

👉Has anyone ever experienced that doubts about always positive positivity arise in our mind?

👉When you are happy, you doubt: "Am I really happy?"
👉If someone tells you that they love you, then you say: "Really? Are you really sure that you love me?"
👉We never doubt any negativity in our life. for example:

👉You never doubt any other or anger of yourself.
👉You never doubt even your mental depression or sadness.
👉If someone tells you that they hate you, you will not even suspect it.
👉If you doubt the negativity of people, then you will come closer to reality.

With this awareness when the level of energy in your body increases, then:

👉You will see that all the doubts in your mind have disappeared.
👉There is more clarity in your mind.
👉All confusions are removed from your mind.
👉The only way to get up from negative thoughts is meditation. In such a situation, positive thoughts will come automatically and easily.
👉Memories can make you enlightened, but you can make you sad.

👉Churning of unpleasant memories in your mind often runs.

"It said this or that!"
"How arrogant she was!"
"He did this to me!"
👉Meditation can make such a change in your unpleasant memories, in which you get out of the past and recognize your infinite nature.

👉The flow of ideas always moves in your mind but you keep your thoughts and keep them easy to go. Like a needle of a record is trapped in its cot. Let the ideas go. Feel like they are not yours. Getting trapped in one's thoughts or desires brings grief. Meditation takes place only when your mind is free from thoughts.

👉Through meditation you will be able to calm your mind. Keep doing your other activities together. Keeping yourself free of troubles is not easy, but due to constant practice of meditation, it becomes possible. After some time it becomes quite easy too. To stop thoughts, to concentrate or to reflect - Let's leave all these efforts.

👉The ability to get past anger or event sequences and beyond future plans is achieved by meditation. Through meditation we accept this moment and go into the depth of its perfection.

👉Only understand this truth and continue meditation continuously for a few days. There will be an immense change in the quality of your life.

👉The relaxation given in meditation is so deep that you will not be able to attain even after any deep sleep. Because in meditation, you are beyond all your desires and thoughts. Meditation brings a coolness in your brain - it is similar to repairing and nurturing the entire body-mind system.
