According to this: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Bech32_adoption, they can send to a bech32 address, but can't receive from one. In other words, you can withdraw to a Bech32 address, but they won't give you one as a deposit address. This is how we work also, and this will probably be the case for most exchanges until bech32 support is nearly universal.
