And it's not their fault but that of the Bitcoin transaction system.
The BTC devs need to come up with ideas on how to immediately mitigate the high-fee, slow confirmation situation. It won't do to continually sidestep this critical issue with "The Lightning network will resolve all these..."

The solutions have long been there. See how Litecoin does it. Its transactions may not be ultra cheap and ultra fast like DigiByte or Verge, for instance. But it's miles better compared to the expensive gridlock of Bitcoin.
Unfortunately, there are the debilitating politics and ego, and vested interests who don't care about users per se. Just "power and prestige", and "fees".
