Hi, Looks like you only put the btc address in the memo. You needed a memo like "btc:my_bitcoin_address" where my_bitcoin_address is the address to send to. I'll manually reprocess it now.
Thank you so much for the quick reply. I am very new to all of this. Is there a way for you to send it to poloniex directly? I am not sure if it works that way. But, I have a poloniex account. I also have a Bittrex account. I also opened a BitPay wallet for my phone. My ultimate goal is to transfer to my wallet on my phone.
