If you see "no_refund_address" as the status for your order in the transactions view on our site, then you are in the pre-order queue. I don't have any time estimate other than data mentioned in this post.
I see the deposit limit at 0 BTC and also any other currency seems to be at 0. Did I get it wrong from the very start? Thank you for your answer @blocktrades!
