The updated software had problems processing customer transactions successfully, so we've temporarily shut it down until we've fixed the issue. I expect the problem to be fixed tomorrow, and we'll process all pending transactions as soon as we have a fix. I apologize for the delay this may cause some of our customers.
Just a quick update: we've fixed the problem and processed all but two customer transactions that need more investigation, and our site is back up and processing new transactions normally.

Why are you not providing your services to Pakistanis? I just tried to use block trades.us and got a reply that signup from Pakistan is not allowed :(
Pakistan is considered a primary concern with respect to money laundering by the US government because of a porous border with Afghanistan and Iran.
Cryptocurrency companies are under a lot of scrutiny by financial regulators and we periodically must re-evaluate what countries it is safe for us to do business with. Given the high risk rating assigned to Pakistan, we have removed it from the list of countries we work with (we also removed Afghanistan).
