Hi @thelifeofbrian, there were two problems with your transfer -- you sent STEEM when the memo told us to expect STEEM DOLLARS, and 0.003 STEEM is far too little for us to pay the Ethereum transaction fees. I've refunded your STEEM so you can try again if you like (but I suggest sending at least 1 STEEM or 1 SBD to get any ETH, and at least 2 if you want BTC). For small amounts of STEEM, most of your STEEM will be eaten up by transaction fees.
