Though I'm admittedly waaay out of my depth still in terms of understanding both blockchain and crypto, being an incredibly visual person, these charts help clarify things. Thank you.
As I cut my Steemit teeth, I'm learning all I can about not just crypto, but how and why the value of currencies fluctuate so dramatically. I was reading yesterday about the Elliot Wave Theory and how it's used to analyze market cycles and forecast trends by identifying investor psychology, among other things. I'm fascinated by the idea that market prices / investor behaviors unfold in specific, predictable patterns. I suppose it's a foolish daydream to imagine being able to study and make sense of them, yet I found myself imagining just that. Who knows? My attention to detail is painfully acute – perhaps I'd actually be good at it.
While I predominantly feel that I stumbled upon Steemit about a year too late, I also hope that I'll be able to look back a year from now and give thanks for having found it so early.
I may be just a tiny droplet and you a glorious whale, but at least we're part of the same ocean.

That's good to hear! I'm learning/absorbing all I can. While I certainly understand more than I did a few weeks ago, I'll admit that it's been quite overwhelming – an endlessly unfurling pattern of fractal rabbit-holes that I'm pretty sure never ends! Thankfully, I'm not easily deterred, so I'll just continue creating great content while diving ever deeper into the intricacies of all this. Thank you, btw, for steemd – I refer to it often. It's helping me develop at least a peripheral understanding of how it all works.
