RE: Why You Should Run Your Own Blockchain Node at Home

in #blockchain4 months ago

Yeah, that's what I have been looking at. I am at least wanting to run some Hive infrastructure like I said, I also run a full Monero node and a Bitcoin node. I will be setting up more Monero mining rigs as well. Maybe one day get back into some ASIC mining, but we'll see.

I worked for a validator team in the cosmos ecosystem last cycle and looked into a couple of those chains, but really don't want to go down that road again. That is one toxic ecosystem and most of those chains are garbage ghost chains anyway. Plus the ass kissing and political crap behind being a validator is really annoying.

Other than that, I want to continue to build out my 3D printer farm and have been looking into building out some GPU rigs for AI rendering farms for networks like Render. But that all costs money that I don't have right now, lol.

Monero does seem like a solid option. 3D Printer sounds pretty wild I'd be interested in that.

Yeah I have been posting a lot of pictures about my 3D printing journey.
