There is no denying the fact that we all perform numerous tasks during our lifetimes in order to get rewarded. These tasks could range from writing an article to completing a marathon race. However, a major downside to this is the fact that there are often disagreements with the creator of the task after completion which in mostly as a result of dispute over remuneration.

Due to continuous disputes and the absence of an efficient method of organizing digital tasks, a team of enthusiasts in the field of blockchain technology have come up with an efficient model which could make digital task completion and remuneration more secure and transparent.

Introducing aQuest

aQuest is a decentralized application which is the first of it's kind that makes the payment for completion of digital tasks more efficient. The platform offers users the opportunity to create marketing campaigns with the end game of rewarding those who participate and complete the task in question. The company that rolled out the task can also collate important data on the customers in order to boost brand recognition. Also, the remuneration for completing certain tasks will be in form of ERC-20 tokens. All the quests within the aQuest platform are integrated with the Enkronos app and it contributes strongly to helping the creators build their user pool.

Token and ICO details of aQuest
Token details
The utility token of the aQuest platform has a ticker “AQU” and will be used for exchange within the ecosystem. The token is of ERC-20 standard and has a total supply of 200 million tokens. The AQU can be exchanged for ENK tokens in the ratio 1:2.

The role of AQU token within the ecosystem
The importance of the AQU tokens within the ecosystem cannot be overemphasized. Virtually all transactions within the aQuest platform can be completed using the AQU tokens. The token can be used within the platform in the following ways;

  • For crowdfunding: The AQU token serves as a driving force behind the crowdsourcing and crowdfunding processes within the ecosystem.
  • For businesses: Businesses that intend to leverage on the services offered by aQuest will make payments using the AQU tokens.
  • For supporters: The tokens can be used for purchase of services within the ecosystem and it also serves as a means of receiving payments for completed quests.

Token sale
The token sale of AQU commenced on 21st December, 2018 with the soft cap of $1 million easily reached. The currencies accepted during the token sale are ETH and ENK and the AQU token has a unit price of 0.006 ETH. If you decide to participate in the token sale after doing your research,you still have some days of grace as the token sale rounds up on 9th of April, 2019.

Conclusion
The nature of the aQuest platform which will make sure that everyone who completes a task within the ecosystem is one which caught my attention due to the fact that there are usually several disagreements by both parties involved after the completion of a digital task. By introducing the concept of smart contracts into this ecosystem, I believe that users of the platform will soon have a lot to smile about.
