One of the benefits of living in Austin is having SXSW is your backyard. A fun filled week of technology, film and music.
With blockchain trending in the tech world (including many panels and events at sxsw) and having such a creative community on steemit I'm wondering who from the steemit community will be attending this year.
Being Austin residents we are able to buy a music wristband that allows us access to the evening shows. Which is what I did this year.
You also don't need to to purchase a badge or a wristband to have a good time. There are plenty of free events during the entire time (day and night).
You could find a spreadsheet here:

I'm sure the cryptocurrency and blockchain panels will be very popular this year. Personally, even when I lived in Austin I stayed far, far away from sxsw. Too many people for me. But so much knowledge to be had!
Are you going to any of the tech stuff?
Yeah it gets bigger and bigger every year. I don't have an interactive badge but there are a few unofficial tech events I'd like to try and catch.
I will be there showcasing our eCommerce AI stuffs at the Trade Show! Pass by
