Companies are trying to maintain customer loyalty program through emails, texts, offers etc. but still the customers shift from one brand to other. Companies are facing hard time in retaining their customers and are unable to reach these customers effectively.

Mobile Bridge Momentum is a Swiss project and is the world’s first blockchain and cryptocurrency-based marketing platform. The momentum platform enables companies to launch new or convert existing programs into cryptocurrency-based marketing and rewards programs. With the help of this platform the brands and the retailers can easily launch their own token-based incentives and reward scheme. Not only this platform helps to reward the customer but also provide reward against attention, brand advocacy and data insights by giving the consumer full control of their data.

The Parent Company Mobile-Bridge is an Europe based Firm, established on 2013 with a global reach, it helps the client globally to better understand and engage with their customers, it creates a mobile centric marketing platform that combines with real-time location and situational data that helps the company to understand the right moment to get engaged with the customer. Their clients include Burger King, Dansk Supermarked, Praxis, Volkswagen etc. which gave them a strong advantage over their competitor as it is a well-established brand.
Why Blockchain platform?
There is a very simple reason why blockchain has been integrated with the existing system.
With the help of blockchain, the rewards can be easily controlled and distributed.
Blockchain platform creates transparency between all the nodes within the platform the customer can now trace what data is being collected and for what purpose it is being used.
Using blockchain the user can secure his or her data and the user only had the soul authority to give an access over the data i.e. customers will have complete control over their data they share.
The blocks within the blockchain are owned by users. And all the user has strong control on their personal data. With the help of mobile-bridge-momentum it will help the companies to recognize its users as the owner of the data.

• Customers don’t find value in traditional marketing. Most of the marketing campaigns are spam and loyalty points are often remaining unused or gets wasted.

The mobile bridge momentum helps the brands to identify the right customer at right moment and at right location thus help them to engage with each consumer individually, more effectively and efficiently.
Brands can use the momentum token, or the brand can launch their own branded currency to reward consumers for loyalty and supporting the brand.

Rick love burgers and went to BURGERS(shop) to have his evening snack. When he bought burger, he got a reward token as it was his first visit. Now Rick can keep this token in his wallet for future use or can exchange it with other branded reward tokens or cryptocurrency. Now BURGERS asked Rick if he invites three of his friends in turn they will get a good discount. Rick invited his three friend with the BURGER promotion and earn tokens. And in turn Burgers earned three new customers.
Using the momentum token brand can directly reward the consumers not only for purchase and loyalty but also for sharing their data and any other activity that supports the brand. Thus, it strengthens the brand loyalty and in turn helps brands to retain more customers.

Pros
• They have existing successful business with proven technology

They have a strong and experienced management team which is backed by world class advisors with good background in block chain, advisors include people from SAP, Intel, Accenture, Amazon, etc.
• KPMG, Switzerland is their legal and regulatory advisors of this ico.
Cons
• According to their team “The prototype was developed by the MobileBridge (parent company and is currently used with world-wide brands like Burger King, Volkswagen, Dansk Supermarked and Pirelli. This is an existing business, with an existing product.” – but no live prototype is given. Which can be a disadvantage for the project.
• The overall planning regarding integration of blockchain to their existing client’s ERP system is not clear.

The project is not that innovative, the planning behind integrating blockchain with existing technology is not clearly mentioned. Even how the reward will take into functioning is not clear. Will the clients integrate this platform over their exiting ERP is a big question?
