The next big thing on the blockchain would be born right here on steemit and you can be part of it

I have said before that I don't invest in cryptocurrency (see the referenced article on this link https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@interpreter/i-don-t-invest-in-cryptocurrency) I invest in sustainable projects meaning that from my point of view you should not put your money on a ICO offering just because is new you should put your money on sustainable projects and good ideas that could bring a more fair world to humanity and profit for you pocket on the short, medium and long term. I'm pretty sure that half of the ICO's that exists today would be gone on the near future because there is no a sustaible project behind it some of them are just what they are new ICO offering to take the money out of your pocket.

Having said this I must tell you I have been working on a idea for a while and the ICO offering, the white paper and the crowdfunding contract would be available soon.

By now let's call this project for its codename "Grafton" ... What would be this all about? Me and my team have been working to make a decentralized platform for free voice calls, video calls and messages over a blockchain.

When I have talked to non tech people about this idea their first impresion is "But we already have whatsapp for that" and maybe that's true in a sense but what they don't see is that when you use a app you are the product.

What do you mean when you say "You are the product" Think about this, how much does you pay for using your email? what about whatsapp? or google maps? nothing at all right? maybe you think you are paying looking at those horrible banners full of things you don't want or need but the most valuable thing that Google, Microsoft and any other big company who offer "free services" have is YOU

When we talk about services there is no such a thing as free if you are enjoying a service someone is paying the platform and in any case it's you the one who is paying with your personal data, think about all the things Google knows about you, how much data has you put on their platafform? Having a encrypted, decentralized, open source platform for comunication is a must for blockchain technology and we can make it happend.

So, I invite you to follow me I'll be writing about this project once in awhile until the initial ICO offer is ready. The world would gain a free decentralized platform for communication were no one would posses you or sell your data as a product, it would have value on itself due to all the hardware conected to it and ICO holders would have a long term bussines because everytime a call is made or a message is send value would be created ;)
