I've actually been waiting for this paper for quite some time and had not realized it dropped, careless me. Thank you for sharing this as this is a huge deal for those that see blockchain beyond some speculative asset to get everyone rich.

Edit: Just a question, is this paper ready for prime time or is it still in editing phase? I remember Vinay tweeting that he would be sharing the draft as long as someone doesn't leak it just a few days ago...
