Blockchains and DLT - White Paper released in Luxembourg

FYI - The Luxembourg standardisation and normalisation body has published yesterday their first Blockchain white paper with the support of ANEC G.I.E. and of the Luxembourg Economy Minister:

Some basic blockchain concepts are being introduced in that document, business and economical impact addressed, three use cases covered, and ongoing standardisation efforts presented, on top of a comprehensive bibliography section.
The next version of that document will be covering additional consensus algorithms and live-blockchain technologies(DPOS, steem?)
