RE: Blockchain :: Real World Uses - Health

in #blockchain6 years ago

Hello and yes, supply chain is a huge part of the cogs of society that needs to be completely updated and what better way than with Blockchain's transparency, authenticity and trust values.
Yes, Maersk and IBM are in the process of testing this however their system is more intensely centered on the shipping and logistics side.
The Florachain application sets a new communication stream from grower through to consumer. The benefits to the grower are an increased price per stem, they get a pre-order capability and can compete with larger growers if their supply is substantial enough. There are various failing in the current system one wouldn't even consider (as with all industries) which have been ironed out by FloraChain.

I'm very excited to be involved in the industry because of the immediate benefits to everyone.
In health we need to be able to control our medical records, whether or not we see doctors or how we choose to live is up to us and nobody should have access to any information without our permission.
As global citizens, I too want to be able to travel anywhere knowing I can see medical advice and with a touch of a button the Dr gets all my info.

There are other areas of health - i.e. eating well to be healthy - a mindset we can instill with a conscioius reward system for the poorest. That's #Pi ;-)

So good to e-meet another crypto and Blockchain champion!
