Having a platform that is professionally designed to help job seeker is definitely helpful. That’s why SpringRole is created. There are many professional workers out there, waiting for the right opportunity to come to them. Unfortunately, the access to the professional industry is getting limited because of the problems of fake resumes and false claims. This has lead to the trust issues which can actually hurt everyone.
SpringRole Concept
People on the platform have this idea where job seekers can get reviews or reputation (from others) to prove their qualifications. After all, reviews have been used to help people get a better insight into a service or product, so why not apply it to the professional human resource industry? SpringRole believes that the reputation (or they call it endorsement) will help these job seekers gain easier access to the professional field. They can make a resume about their background and experience, and the reviewer can verify it without a fuss.
You see, the problem with this job application process mainly lies in the false resumes and claims. People would do anything to get the job they want – even if they have to lie. It is pretty common to find job applicants lie about their background or experience, simply because the reviewer won’t bother to check. It takes a complicated process that may take a long time to verify the claims for verifying one person only. It can be costly too. That’s why most reviewer won’t perform an overall and thorough checking. They may perform a little checking and that’s it.
This is the problem that SpringRole is about to change. They create a concept that one-time verification would be enough and it can be applied to the job seeker’s reputation forever. Whether he sends a request for an endorsement or he may be required to do so, the result will stay with his profile. And this endorsement can apply in various subjects and targets.
The Basic Goal
Creating an endorsement system is expected to make the process easier. When a job seeker applies for a job, for instance, the reviewer only needs to see his reputation. When he has a complete reputation – his academic, his past experience, his qualification in the field – the process can run easier and smoother. The reviewer only needs to see the applicant’s reputation, which makes the whole process easier and also faster. Naturally, it will also be beneficial for the applicant because he doesn’t need to wait for a long time.
SPRING Token
Just like other platforms, SpringRole also produces their own token. The development team has planned around 10,000,000,000 token release and the price of 1 SPRING Token = 0.00002 ETH, with these allocation schemes:
- 30% of them – will be distributed for Development
- 25.5% of them – will be distributed for sales
- 25% of them – will be used for teams and founders
- 10% of them – will be distributed for contributors and advisors
- 9,5% of them - will be distributed for the foundation
