What Do The SEC Units Say About ICO's
All future ICO units will be required to register with the SEC as a security before launching an ICO. This changes the Wild West style system greatly! Units must now consider this before launching an ICO or face large fines worth much pine sol. Any current coins that were ICO'd and have US citizens attached to the company will have to register and possibly face fines.
Unit is confident all future crypto-loop holes will eventually be closed as soon as it stops being profitable for Government type units. "Ya done messed up Ethereum Token Makin' Units"
US is making the same mistake over and over again...
They are ruling every crypto co out of the country with these moves and they will regret it at some point in the future...
Things are moving very fast now indeed... seems like significant news breaking in the crypto sphere just about every day now. Thanks for the info.
