Before I tell you guys the whole story, I would like to say that I have compiled a somewhat complete list of all the comments where the abuse has taken place and attached it at the bottom.
I happened to be going through the blockchain when I came across something odd. Every few minutes there was an outgoing vote to only person: https://steemit.com/@hrsagar
It was honestly heartbreaking to see something like this because I personally love the minnow support project and genuinely believe that it is the only program here that is meant to help and support minnows. So for someone to do this out of pure greed and selfishness was honestly very upsetting
This kid is a clever genius though. He knew very well that if he made posts and used the minnow support on them, he would be busted pretty quickly. So he decided to do something different. He decided to get upvotes on his comments instead. Unfortunately greed is something that can throw off the best of us. He got greedy and used his 50 accounts too quickly and got caught.

We have taken steps to prevent further abuse by this user already.
In the future, I would advise not to casually mass-mention every witness level account in the MSP. You can mention me if you like, but I can't speak for every moderator. We are catching up with the removal of abusers like this, and while we appreciate the help, check with us before you do work that isn't needed. You can better use your time finding people we aren't already aware about.

Good job @block-police Our mods were already onto this one at same time you were, but great job none the less and very much appreciated... Its scammers like this that hurt honest people trying to make a positive difference on the Steemit platform, and people like you that are gracious enough to help
