This is my latest knife, and my personal every day carry. 160 layer Damascus with a twist, green G10 liners, blue hybrid scales, mosaic pins with some file work on the spine. I forged out the Damascus and this knife by hand.
Well, that can vary. But if I were too work exclusively on a knife, I could make one in 3-4 days. I don't get in a hurry, I want it to look good and be a durable knife.
Yes sir, i belong to the Texas Knife Makers guild, they encourage fit & finish. We want to be proud of the quality of our blades. My single steel blades start at $200 and Damascus starts at $350. They normally take about a week to build as I build Forges full time and don't get to work on knives much. I sell more forges than knives. Here are 2 I'm working on now!
amazing work @gizmos-forge.. followin' ya
That is a beautiful piece of work. How long does it typically take to make a knife like that?

Quality over quantity, is not something you see too often these days. How much do you typically sell them for, if you do sell one?
