You had the transfer wallet number you needed, you validated the transfer had occured, but it has been 8 days since then.
I'm sure you are swamped with support tickets, but this support ticket has had everything done for 8 days.
Making me wait at this point is just poor customer service.
When your support rep says everything looks good, and then I still haven't been refunded 8 days later, perhaps you can understand my need to speak up.
I find the support slightly lacking also but compared to Polo and Coinbase/GDAX they are great, in my experience. I hope they resolve this for you.
Thanks for sharing. I found help in the steem/cryptocurrency world to be hard to come by without some brown nosin. I have however found some good support. Will have to check out bittrex.
I like them, they have been very good to me, but when things explode like they have sometimes they have to be nudged a little, imo.
If @poloniex had had Golos, I never would've tried @bittrex, until I'd had a problem, but now that I can do everything in one place, why wouldn't I?
