A P2P trollbox for BitShares coming with the next release

with the next release. This commit adds a WebRTC-based decentralzied trollbox to the DEX that merely uses a centralized server for peer discovery.Thanks to the awesome work of @svk, we will see a p2p trollbox in BitShares

Also thanks to @hitchcott who's a frontend dev for DGX and suggested the library!

Things are getting more and more excited!

    Can't wait to see the trolls, FUD and HYPEing away in the D.T.B.

    Bitshares has so much potential with the tech already baked in let alone all the developments like this coming from passionate and talented members
