I actually helped personally few people to get their funds back before even SEC happened. You are mixing corporate business where there is no personal terms such as "lies", hence our collaboration regarding marketing/infrastructure management was transparent on a legal paper, where State of Texas was in charge if terms/nda is not properly delivered. I don't see us chased by SEC or considered as their "help in crime".
