Tianwei Huang, CEO of btc38.com which is the biggest altcoin exchanges, leaked in his close friends group that the China government has entrusted him to investigate the present situation of all ICOs in the market. This news results in a slight drop of all altcoins. He then deleted this news but this news has already been captured by others and widely spread.

A rough translation of what he says is as follows:
Today, a whitepaper plus a copy of codes can attract tens of millions dollars, this is way too crazy. Everyone expect to cash out from exchanges, but this can not last long. A plunder of wealth from China?

It is believed that government is unhappy about the recent hot ICO market due to the possible risk related to money laundry and wealth plundering.

For example, STATUS is a latest ICO which was so popular that even made the network of ETH in jam. It changed its limit cap by 10 times and got more than 100 million dollors. More interestingly, it restricted the investment from American IP due to US law, but it's open to the rest of the world.
