$BEOS Staking is over. What are the options now?

What is button in wallet that says "Update Staked BEOS" ?
Do I need to click this?

What is staking RAM?

    update staked BEOS to unstake it (staked by default). Continued staking of BTS and BEOS accrues RAM (and other things).
