Bitshares and blocktrades

Steemians lately I've seen a lot of post regarding bitshares, and I must say although I dont know much about bitshares and its come up I have lately been buying bitshares and I've learned the process of exchanging and transferring steem dollars for bitshares and so forth.

So with that said what I've done to exchange my steem for cash is as followed:
Transfer the steem over to blocktrades whixh can be found at the url: https://blocktrades.us
Upon transferring it all over I exchange it for bitcoin then go down the street to the local bit coin ATM and withdraw.

The reason behind this post is because I know quite a few people have had many issues accessing their steem dollars and making it into cash. So I do hope this someone out.
